Harvest period: Hand-picked in October

Winemaking: Grapes are mechanically crushed. Fermentation with selected autochthonous yeasts at controlled temperature. Mixed from the bottom to the top at least twice a day. Maceration for 12 days. Then the wine matures 24 months in Slavonia oak barrels

Refining:  8/10 months in bottle

Alcohol: 14 % vol

Longevity: 10/12 years

Decanting time: 20/30 minutes

Serving temperature: 10/15 years

Appearance: Red intense garnet

Smell: Typical, elegant with intense aromas of undergrowth
