Winemaking: The grapes are hand picked in 20 kg cassettes. Maceration lasts ten days.
After malolactic fermentation, each product is divided into 1/3 in new barriques, 1/3 in second pass barriques and 1/3 in third-pass barriques

Alcohol: 14 % vol

Longevity: 10 years

Decanting time: 1-2 hours

Appearance: Intense ruby red with violet reflections
